Process
Upon reception of a notification of an applicable field problem our experts insert the notification in our database. This database is highly efficient in cross examining various events and linking between previous or similar occurrences and associated solutions.
Generally three types of anomalies occur:
- Product anomalies reassemble all variations of product behavior with regards to identified specifications.
- Specification anomalies can be more serious as they highlight issues with the specifications itself during normal product behavior.
- Utilization anomalies are due to an erroneous operation or transaction handling (other than user errors)
All identified anomalies are duly registered and analyzed. As a function of the seriousness of the anomaly corrective actions are proposed. Follow-up of these corrective actions is monitored by ELITT and allows our customers to guarantee continuous quality of their product.
